By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.


1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Pure Pristine Cleans’ services and website. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not use our services.


2. Definitions

  • Company – Refers to Pure Pristine Cleans.
  • Client – Refers to the individual or entity engaging the services of Pure Pristine Cleans.
  • Services – Refers to the cleaning services provided by Pure Pristine Cleans, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, and recurring cleaning.
  • Agreement – Refers to the contractual relationship between the Company and the Client, including these Terms and Conditions.

3. Scope of Services

3.1. Pure Pristine Cleans provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website and promotional materials.
3.2. The services are performed according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional services requested during the cleaning will be subject to additional charges.
3.3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services at our discretion without prior notice.


4. Booking and Scheduling

4.1. Clients may book services through our website, by phone, or via email.
4.2. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline a booking request for any reason.
4.3. A confirmation email or message will be sent once the booking is confirmed.
4.4. Clients must provide accurate information regarding the property, including its size, condition, and any specific cleaning requirements. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or cancellation.


5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. All pricing information is available on our website or will be provided at the time of booking.
5.2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, any changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless additional services are requested.
5.3. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
5.4. We accept payment through major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
5.5. Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% of the total invoice per week of delay.


6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule services up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
6.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service charge.
6.3. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to the Client’s fault (e.g., locked doors, no one present), the Client will be charged a lockout fee equal to 50% of the total service charge.
6.4. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, staffing shortages, or safety concerns.


7. Client Responsibilities

7.1. The Client must ensure that the property is accessible at the scheduled time of service.
7.2. The Client must secure or remove any valuables before the scheduled service.
7.3. The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding any areas requiring special attention or cleaning products.
7.4. The Client must notify us in advance of any hazards or safety concerns on the property.
7.5 The Client must try in earnest to be present at the time of their cleaning service to ensure their complete satisfaction. If the client is not present at the time of their cleaning, we cannot guarantee their complete satisfaction.


8. Service Satisfaction and Quality Assurance

8.1. We strive to provide the highest level of cleaning services. If the Client is unsatisfied with the service, they must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion.
8.2. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns and provide a corrective service if deemed necessary.
8.3. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Pure Pristine Cleans.


9. Liability and Limitations

9.1. We are fully insured for liability related to our cleaning services.
9.2. Pure Pristine Cleans is not responsible for damage to fragile or valuable items unless prior written agreement has been made.
9.3. We are not liable for damage caused by faulty fixtures, improper installation of appliances, or pre-existing conditions.
9.4. Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.


10. Health and Safety

10.1. Our cleaning professionals are trained to handle cleaning products safely.
10.2. The Client must inform us of any health or safety concerns, including allergies to cleaning products or sensitivities to certain chemicals.
10.3. We reserve the right to refuse service if the working environment poses a health or safety risk to our staff.


11. Privacy and Confidentiality

11.1. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
11.2. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
11.3. We will not share or sell personal information to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.


12. Termination of Services

12.1. Pure Pristine Cleans reserves the right to terminate services for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or abusive behavior toward staff.
12.2. The Client may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding balances must be paid upon termination.


13. Intellectual Property

13.1. All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Pure Pristine Cleans.
13.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.


14. Force Majeure

14.1. Pure Pristine Cleans is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or government restrictions.


15. Amendments and Updates

15.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
15.2. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


16. Governing Law
