Pure Pristine Cleans ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Florida. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or allowing our team to perform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer.
• Actual pricing may be adjusted if the property's size, condition, level of cleaning required, or scope of work differs from the information originally provided.
• Additional services requested during or after booking may result in additional charges.
• Final pricing will be confirmed prior to the commencement of services whenever possible.

3. Appointments & Access

• Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.
• If our cleaning team is unable to access the property within fifteen (15) minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled and a lockout fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service amount may apply.
• Customers agree to secure pets and notify us of any known hazards prior to service.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment will incur no charge.
• Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the appointment may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or lockouts may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

• We strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. We strongly suggest a final walk-through with our cleaner prior to their departure.
• If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your cleaning service, you must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion.
• We reserve the right to inspect and re-clean the affected area before any refund, credit, or other accommodation is considered.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided solely at the discretion of the Company.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, and approved digital payment methods.
• Recurring customers authorize Pure Pristine Cleans to charge the payment method on file for scheduled services and approved additional services.
• Any unpaid balance may be subject to collection efforts, reasonable collection costs, and attorney's fees where permitted by law.

7. Property Damage Claims

• Our team is fully insured.
• Any claim for property damage must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion and supported by photographs or other documentation when requested.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Improperly installed fixtures or furnishings
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by faulty equipment or appliances
• Artwork, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, cash, firearms, or other high-value items not disclosed prior to service

The Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific cleaning service giving rise to the claim.

8. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we encounter:

• Hazardous conditions
• Biohazards
• Pest infestations
• Hoarding conditions
• Illegal substances
• Unsafe environments

In such cases, full or partial charges may still apply.

9. Recurring Services

• Recurring service plans may be modified or canceled by either party with at least seven (7) days' notice.
• Pricing may be adjusted periodically due to changes in labor, supply, travel, or operating costs.

10. Photos & Documentation

• Our team may take photographs before and after service for quality control, training, damage documentation, and dispute resolution purposes.
• We will not publicly disclose identifiable customer information without consent, except as required by law.

11. Refunds, Credits & Dispute Resolution

• Any refund, partial refund, account credit, discount, or other accommodation provided by Pure Pristine Cleans is offered as a goodwill gesture and does not constitute an admission of fault, liability, wrongdoing, or deficient service.
• Acceptance of any refund, credit, discount, or other accommodation shall constitute full and final resolution of the specific service complaint unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customers who accept a refund, credit, or settlement agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or other recovery action related to the resolved service.
• Pure Pristine Cleans reserves the right to require execution of a separate Resolution Agreement, Release of Claims, or Settlement Agreement as a condition of providing any discretionary refund, credit, or settlement payment.

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Pristine Cleans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
• Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within the State of Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
