What affects your price

Two homes of the same size can be priced differently. The main factors are the condition of the home when we arrive, the number of bathrooms, whether pets live there, and how often you book. A home cleaned every two weeks takes less time than the same home cleaned twice a year, and the price reflects that.

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products on every job, so there is no premium for choosing a greener clean.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a house cleaning cost?

For a standard clean, most homes fall between $130 and $350 depending on size. A studio or one-bedroom sits at the lower end and a five-bedroom home at the upper end. Deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans cost more because they take longer and cover more. The table above shows typical ranges for each home size.

Why does deep cleaning cost more than standard cleaning?

A deep clean covers everything a standard clean does and adds the work that is not part of routine upkeep — inside appliances, detailed bathroom and kitchen work, baseboards and built-up grime. It takes several hours longer.

What makes a move-in or move-out clean different?

A move-in or move-out clean is done on an empty property and reaches the areas furniture normally hides, including inside cabinets and closets. It is the most thorough service and is priced accordingly.

Is the price shown here the price I will pay?

These are estimated ranges for guidance. Your exact price depends on the size and condition of the home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the services you ask for, your location, and how often you book. You will receive your exact price before the cleaning is confirmed.

What can make the price higher than the range shown?

Additional charges may apply for excessive buildup, pet hair, or specialty services. Add-ons such as inside the refrigerator or oven, interior windows, laundry or cabinet interiors are priced separately — see the add-on table above.

Do you charge less for regular cleaning?

Frequency is one of the factors in your quote. Tell us how often you would like the clean when you request a price and it will be reflected in the figure you receive.
